Sturdy and durable carport at cleaning company Nivo in Leeuwarden

In collaboration with Veldman Techniek, we set up a sturdy and durable solar carport realised. The structure is made of galvanised steel and has a free overhang of as much as 20.5 metres.

On top of the carport are 54 solar panels (420 Wp per panel), providing an expected annual production of 19,278 kWh. With this energy, Nivo not only meets part of its own power needs, but also actively contributes to a greener future.

Sustainable and practical solution

The carport offers space for eight parking spaces, one of which is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles. In this way, functionality and sustainability are perfectly combined.

Environmental gain

With this installation, Nivo saves annually 7.7 tonnes of CO₂. Bottom line:

• The CO₂ recording of about 385 trees per annum
• Spacious 42,800 km driving an average petrol car
