Power without diesel. Quiet, reliable and focused on results.
When a client demands emission-free construction in the tender, the winning story starts in the preliminary stages, not only on the building site. Battery Trailer makes that vision a reality. From tender to execution, we deliver smart power solutions that increase your chances and speed up your construction process.
New regulations & sustainability requirements
Governments and clients are going to actively require projects to be emission-free or operate at least emission-free. Those who can already demonstrate today that they can do so are in pole position.
Competitive advantage in the tender phase
A construction company that can demonstrate that it has an emission-free power solution stands out from competitors. This can be decisive when evaluating bids.
Risk management for clients
No hassle with permits, diesel transport, nuisance or legal complications. The security of a reliable, emission-free power supply works in your favour.
Customised advice on quotation
We think along with you in tender documents, technical memos and flow scenarios. So you lay the foundations for reliability and sustainability already in the offer.
Simulations & scenarios
We provide forecasts, peak capacities and schedules to give your client insight into costs, savings and risks.
Proof-of-concept & demos
When required, we temporarily install a Battery Trailer for reference during the decision-making phase. This way, the client experiences the benefits immediately.
Technical integration in concept
Our trailers are plug-and-play and modular. In your concept presentation, you can easily refer to models with specific peak capacities (These peak capacities prove that Battery Trailer not only delivers continuous power, but can also handle short-term peak loads - essential for e.g. pumps, cranes, rebar machines, etc.).
Completely silent & emission-free
No noise, no smell, no emissions - you can work discreetly even in the middle of residential areas.
Directly operational
No digging, no connections. Plug and play, ready within 5-10 minutes.
Saving on diesel & maintenance
Count on structural savings through no diesel consumption, reduced servicing and logistics costs.
Reliability & monitoring
Live insight into power consumption, state of charge and prediction of remaining power.
Scalability & flexibility
You can dynamically deploy, combine or expand trailers as the load increases.
How quiet is the trailer?
The noise production is 0!, employees immediately experience this as pleasant.
What does electricity cost per kWh compared to diesel?
Power costs on average โฌ0.26 to โฌ0.27. A Battery Trailer consumes power only when you ask for it. A diesel generator runs constantly for 8 to 9 hours a day. Compared to diesel generators, you also save on maintenance and transport costs.
How long can it run?
Depending on the type of Battery Trailer and the load: from one day to several weeks.
What about safety and maintenance?
Fully certified, compliant with PGS-1 legislation (statutory fire safety not to take effect until 2027) with monitoring (GPS), alarm systems and maintenance contracts through Battery Trailer.
The Power Max Battery Trailer is ideal for our work. We are currently working on a gigantic restoration on an estate where there is limited power available. Moreover, due to daily events on the property, we cannot work in the same place every day. A diesel generator is not an option here because of the emissions and noise.

Depending on the model, they deliver between 15 kVA and 90 kVA peak power. This allows them to control heavy construction machinery, pumps and lighting without any problems. Optionally, we can provide even higher peak capacities.
Depending on the type of Battery Trailer and the load: from one day to several weeks. Thanks to modular linking you can easily add more capacity.
Yes. All models support hybrid charging: via the grid, via a generator or via solar panels. This allows you to keep working no matter what the situation.
Yes, as standard. All units are equipped with 3-phase 400V connections, 230V connections and suitable for construction machinery, refrigeration, lighting and pumps. Output 16A, 32A or 63A
The Battery Trailer automatically switches to safe mode and alerts via the monitoring portal and the Battery Trailer Remote App.
Inside 5 to 10 minutes. Plug in, plug in and you have power, no digging or mains connection needed.
Yes. The trailer is mobile and fully approved for road transport. This allows one unit to serve multiple projects.
Yes. Through the Battery Trailer Remote App, you can see in real time the charge, output, consumption per day and prediction of time remaining.
No. The connection is plug-and-play
A message appears in the dashboard when the battery drops below 10%. You can then choose: recharge via a charging station, the grid or solar panels. In most cases, you plan this well in advance.
With an emission-free power supply, you immediately comply with the Sustainability criteria (BREEAM, Environmental Performance, Nitrogen Reduction) that are increasingly becoming mandatory in tenders.
Depending on term and tax. Power costs on average โฌ0.26 to โฌ0.27 per kWh. A diesel generator runs constantly for 8 to 9 hours a day where a Battery Trailer only consumes power when you ask for it. This makes a huge difference in consumption costs. Moreover, you save on maintenance, logistics and noise control.
Yes. Battery Trailers you can both weekly hire as lease with maintenance. This makes emission-free construction financially feasible without upfront investment.
Yes. In many cases, you can use SSEB, MIA/Vamil or EIA. We help calculate and apply for the right scheme.
Average 2 to 4 years versus a diesel unit of comparable power, depending on intensity of use, diesel replacement cost and maintenance.
The Battery Trailer requires little maintenance. Annual inspection suffices. Updates and software monitoring take place automatically remotely.
Yes. All units comply with the CE and NEN standards, are equipped with protection against overheating, short circuits and unwanted discharge.
Yes. The Battery Trailer falls under a functional exemption from ADR legislation because it is integrated into a working system and is not transported as a separate battery. Please note that ADR is required for larger capacities. We can provide you with sound advice and supply all Battery Trailers with an ADR package.
Our Battery Trailers comply with the PGS-1 Legislation. This legislation does not come into force until 2027 but we already comply with it now. The risks are minimal. The battery packs are of the type LFP (lithium-iron phosphate), the safest chemistry in the market, with no thermal blowout.
Each unit has active climate control and automatic protection against overheating, cold and humidity. The Battery Trailers are also fully insulated.
You save with a Battery Trailer between 18 and 135 tonnes of COโ emissions compared to a diesel generator.
The silence and absence of smoke or smell are often cited as the biggest advantage. It increases the social acceptance of projects in urban areas.
They will be recycled or reused in second-life applications. Battery Trailer works with certified partners for circular processing.
Yes, they are already used at events and often even in silence zones or night events. The trailers are also used for crisis and emergency power projects.
A hybrid generator remains partially dependent on diesel. The Battery Trailer operates completely electrically, quietly and emission-free, without fuel or emissions and noise.
It depends on the model and charging capacity of the charging station. On average, full charging at a 22 kW AC charging station between 3 and 8 hours.
We see in practice that Battery Trailers are being recharged during downtime, at weekends or in the evening and at night, keeping them continuously employable during the day.
